Both exhibited the utmost in politeness and professionalism at their jobs. The manager who got involved was JEFF if I recall correctly, and he made the deal workable for me on a new 2017 TUNDRA SR5 TRD Off Road 4x4 with 5.7 liter engine, double cab, etc., and there were some fine points that were overcome with JEFF'S aggressive price offer, including how he applied HIGH Value to my trade in Tacoma 4x2.
