Great job by Eduardo Chavez My wife and I came in on Monday evening with a tight budget and need to purchase a used vehicle for our 16 yr old daughter. I had been to four other d My wife and I came in on Monday evening with a tight budget and need to purchase a used vehicle for our 16 yr old daughter. I had been to four other dealerships all weekend to no avail. Eduardo was patient with us and listen to our concerns. He directed us to an overall good purchase considering our very tight budget. We were there after 8pm yet he made every effort to make sure we were satisfied. I was surprised when his manager almost loss the sale for him over a few hundred dollars and my wife’s simple request for two extra keys. He told Eddie to shake our hands and let us walk away. I guess he was in a hurry to go home. We almost walked away but Eduardo’s excellent customer service saved the sale. He went the extra mile to make sure our vehicle gets detailed the next morning and drive it to our house. We live in Tampa about 45 minutes away. Wow! You don’t see that kind of quality service any more these day. Eduardo Chavez should be a manager because that kind of care gains loyal customers. We are now thinking of trading in our two 2015 Mazda’s for two new Toyota’s if the price is right! Where Eduardo’s manager was willing to walk way from a $6500 sale, Eduardo’s efforts may now result in two more purchases and two loyal customers for Sun Toyota. Great Job Eddie Chavez! Furthermore, I would be remiss not to give Carlos Allicock kudos as well. He was my initial contact when I first searched your dealership on the internet. He helped educate me on older vehicles and convinced me to make the 45 minute drive to view your inventory. Although he could not meet us Monday evening he passed the baton to the capable hands of Eddie Chavez. To top it off he personally drove the car with Eddie when they delivered the vehicle to our house. Again they both went above and beyond! More

Lillyan Swensen worked with me from the very beginning of the sales process over the internet and was extremely responsive to all of my questions with great followup throughout. My experience once at the dealership was pleasant, and I was treated with respect throughout. The vehicle was in perfect condition and ready for my test drive once I arrived. We were able to align on the price of the Corvette and the value of my trade-in in short order and we had ourselves a deal! I worked with Jason Modugno in Finance, and that process was seamless. They use modern technology for all the documentation and the process was smooth and fast. You get all your paperwork on a USB thumb-drive! Always good to meet a fellow Florida Gator!! I highly recommend Sun Toyota for your future automobile purchase needs, and ask for Lillyan Swensen as your saleswoman, she does an OUTSTANDING job and made my car buying experience painless!!! My car came back clean. I went in on that airbag recall. Service writer treated my sister and I like we was spending $10,000 on service. Talk about red carpet treatment. Tony knew I was pressed for time. I don't know how he did it. But what should have been a two hour project. He knocked out in an hour. In that hour I was able to enjoy a meal at the café they have there. I have never seen that before. Loved it. I didn't have to venture out to feed my sister and I. The staff in showroom, super friendly. I was never ignored. I told my sister that I am willing to pay for any and all services due on her car so as long as she comes to this service department. I rather her see Tony in service due to him being my first experience. But I am pretty sure that judging by all help and service we received. (Heck we went to wrong service advisor that took the time to help, explain and guide us to Tony) The entire staff can and will be more then happy to help. Enough of my Rambling. Service appointment from bad to perfectly resolved Made an appt for service; pulled up to an extremely crowed service drive. My vehicle was tagged with a banner that said #7 in line. Waited 50 mins aft Made an appt for service; pulled up to an extremely crowed service drive. My vehicle was tagged with a banner that said #7 in line. Waited 50 mins after my appointment time to talk to a service team member. After listening to owners prior to my number line, I heard that most of them had just pulled in for services without appointments and that most were taken care and serviced prior to me even getting a chance to check in. Once a service team member came to check me in she noticed my frustration and immediately took action by explaining the unusual activity on the service drive, but more important, she took ownership to resolve the matter. She made sure she the service on my vehicle was expedited and apologized for any inconvenience caused by the long delay. She emailed her service manger with a brief description of what happened and said he would call me the next day, which did occur. He was very understanding and wanted to make sure my next visit for service would be a totally difference experience. He also took ownership of the issue and in my situation I'm pleased with the way he resolved the problem. Hats off to you Sun Toyota Team -because of the dedication of your members to provide excellent service both personal and technical to your customers! Thank you. More
