Excellent Customer Experience I would like to commend the overall professionalism of the Sun Toyota dealership team who participated in the lease of a new Toyota Camry. Howev I would like to commend the overall professionalism of the Sun Toyota dealership team who participated in the lease of a new Toyota Camry. However, I especially desire to commend Nick Nardello. Many months before the lease of my Toyota Avalon was due to expire in November 2018, Nick touched base to inquire about my intentions and to see if he could be of service. Periodically Nick followed up with me in a very helpful proactive, but not pushy manner. From time to time, he would point out that there were some dealership specials that month and occasionally just touched base. When I finally visited the dealership on Feb. 8 (I extended my lease for three months to Feb. 16, 2019), Nick was the consummate professional, very helpful with all my questions and concerns. Even when the new vehicle experienced some system flaws, Nick kept me fully informed on the progress as it went through the service department. Thanks!!! More
