I purchased a car in the beginning of June from James Bass and John Heisler. They seemed overly kind and helpful until I signed the paper to purchase the car. Now they have continuously ignored and totally dropped me. In the hopes that since I am a 20 yr old girl that I will roll over. It was documented on a "We Owe You" that they would replace the windshield because there was a crack in it when I bought the vehicle. I have called and texted numerous times with no response back. I made 2 service appts; the first I was told not to come and they would send a windshield company out. 2nd appt I worked with the service department to find a windshield replacement company but now I am being told that a replacement has to be started by the sales manager first. That is the whole issue, no one in sales will respond. This should not be this difficult for a paying customer to receive what was a documented promise. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. More
