I referred a friend to Sun Toyota to purchase a vehicle after he lost his car during Hurricane Milton. At the time, Sun Toyota was offering incentives for those impacted by the hurricane, as well as a $300 after he lost his car during Hurricane Milton. My friend made the purchase, and the salesman assured me that the referral bonus would be sent within 3–6 weeks. While the timeframe seemed unusual, I trusted their word and waited. It has now been over 7 weeks, and I have yet to receive the referral bonus I was promised. Despite multiple follow-ups, the salesman has failed to follow through, and when I contact the dealership directly, I’m met with excuses and redirected back to the unresponsive salesman. I even reached out to the manager via email, but my message went unanswered. I’ve attached proof of the signed referral bonus agreement and text correspondence with the salesman. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If you’re considering referring someone to Sun Toyota, proceed with caution—they may not honor their commitments. More
