From the very beginning this was a disaster. Our salesman “Hawaii Mike” missed multiple delivery deadlines, never returned calls, and at the end literally begged us to come back and buy if he th Our salesman “Hawaii Mike” missed multiple delivery deadlines, never returned calls, and at the end literally begged us to come back and buy if he threw in some “freebies.” We later found out those so-called freebies were already part of the package. Total con artist move. A month after purchase, we still don’t even have the registration. My mother can’t access her gated community or properly update her insurance. I’ve called, emailed, and even stopped in person—no answers, no accountability. Hands down the worst car buying experience we’ve ever had. Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. The folks there don't care about you. you are just a number to them. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! More
