Instead of pressuring me Anthony told me what the next step was to close the deal and told me to think about it. I walked out of the showroom with all the information necessary to make my decision and his business card if I thought of more questions. I ended up leasing and when I came to pick up the car Anthony was very enthusiastic during the transaction. He explained the functions of the car to me and told me I could call if I had any questions. I purchased my first new car from this dealer many years ago and had a good experience. We went down to the dealership later that night and met with Mitch. I instantly fell in love with the Terrain and knew this was the car. We worked out pricing and came back on Saturday to test drive. After seeing the “Denali” addition and falling even more in love I was praying we could work out the numbers to fit within our budget. With the help of the Manager Kevin, they were able to get the price where we needed it to be! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY! We dealt with Stephanie in finance to finalize everything. It was a very smooth process and everyone was so nice to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We picked up our new baby on Monday night. Mitch went over every single thing in the truck and left me with no questions and on top of that they surprised me with a gift!!!
