From my first visit to the time of delivery I was treated extremely well and the emphasis customer service was quite apparent. Pricing was spot on and all active incentives were applied without asking. Rob was very responsive by email and we exchanged all documents electronically and handled the credit app remotely. It was a real pleasure. Delivery went equally as smooth. The vehicle was immaculate as expected. Rob spent a good amount of time orienting my wife to all the new features of her new Yukon XL making her very comfortable before we left.
