He did not try to 'con' me into coming into the showroom if the car did not fall into our budget (which happened with other dealers to find that those cars were not a fit and a waste of everyone's time and also left a bad taste in my mouth). Darnell was the opposite. Answered all of my questions on the phone, gave me an accurate price, was quick (we have two young kids) and honest in person (even showing his computer), available via text, understood our needs and recommended a car for us based on this (for example, we really wanted captain seats and he did not try to steer us away from that), actually understood how to calculate a lease (!!), and overall was a nice, genuine person. Highly recommend! More
