Just amazing. I still can't get over the wonderful experience I had at SUN Buick GMC. My lease was ending on my Honda, and I was looking to get back into an SUV- l I still can't get over the wonderful experience I had at SUN Buick GMC. My lease was ending on my Honda, and I was looking to get back into an SUV- looked at the buick, and I loved it! However, the price was a smidge out of my budget. After going to other dealerships I popped into Sun last Sunday and met Darnell Wiltshire. Darnell is what every car salesperson should strive to be, he asked me what I was looking for right off the bat, and worked very hard to get my wants/needs to align within my budget. He was so nice, friendly, and most important you can tell he genuinely cares about his job and his clients. Half an hour later, I walked out with my new lease contract- no cat and mouse games, no "let me talk to my manager" games, he was right to the point and valued my time. I picked up my car 3 days later, everything was complete, and Darnell had everything all ready for me to sign. I did not even have to wait, he was prepared and ready for me, again valuing my time. I have never had such a flawless experience while picking up a vehicle, he hooked my phone up, did the app and all that other stuff for me- I left there in my new Terrain all set up and ready to rock. I have leased over 6 vehicles over the years, and my experience at Sun was so far above and beyond that I can not wait to due business with them again. Highly, highly recommend, and go see Darnell!
