I was greeted nicely and professional and was asked if there was anything they could do for me, it wasn't a hard come on or approach. I asked about the Cascada and my salesman Mitch Friedberg really knew his stuff and we had a nice discussion about the vehicle without me feeling I was being pushed or given a sales pitch. I was approached by Roberto who showed me all of my options. He didn't push me towards one or the other, just encouraged me to test drive both cars that I was interested in. He gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision and I did not feel pressured in the slightest. He carefully explained to me how it all worked and made sure that I felt completely comfortable and happy with my purchase.
