With that said, we went to Sun GMC expecting the same treatment we ha My husband and I have had horrible experiences with car dealerships in the past. With that said, we went to Sun GMC expecting the same treatment we had received in the past....but we were greatly mistaken. From the moment Rob S. shook our hands until the actual pick up of our GMC Terrain SLT, it was seamless. We were not there for hours, we were there as long as we wanted to be there. I picked up my SUV, and the transaction was completed in 45 minutes. We were not pressured ever by Rob, and not even by the Sales Manager Joe. Rob was beyond patient, he answered every question we had. He gave us his personal cell so in case we had questions when we left, we could call or text him. He had even told me when I picked up my Terrain, "you have my cell if you have any questions or problems with anything, call me". We can honestly say we were blown away with the customer service and the AWESOME experience we had. I would recommend him and Sun GMC to my family, friends and anyone looking for a vehicle. We really can't thank Rob enough. More

Kevin ( Sales manager) stopped by once and awhile just to chat and check the numbers right there in front of us. This meant Victor didn't jump up and disappear every 5 minutes to " talk to my manager ". This didn't happen till we reached an agreement with the sales rep and he needed the managers approval. Nice job Sun I'll be back. Also finance got it all together and never pushed or tried to add anything on , the number was the number. More

I went to a couple of other dealers who used very bizarre sales tactics which rubbed me the wrong way and their prices were double what their ads had said " we don't have any more in stock at that price" was the line of **** I got, So onto to Sun GMC and salesman Nick Divone. I ended up leasing from them at a price I wouldn't even haggle on. The down payment was the ACTUAL down payment without any surprises on the delivery of the vehicle. The monthly payment didn't suddenly change. I was so happy the day I leased that truck and still am. Nick made it easy and was honest. When I picked up the truck someone also went through the vehicle with me and helped me get started with onstar and the touchscreen stuff which I never had before. I will definitely use them again. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone More
