"OUTSTANDING" We walked into the showroom, and I was welcomed to the dealership and then left alone. ( I looked at my Wife like this guy didn't jump us?) we looked We walked into the showroom, and I was welcomed to the dealership and then left alone. ( I looked at my Wife like this guy didn't jump us?) we looked and sat into three vehicles free of anyone looking over our backs, and when I got into the third one we both seemed to like it. I stepped out and went over to that same person that greeted me I asked my questions . We came out of the GMC Terrain and asked him to explain the different models, and then he called another person over, as this was the General Manager of the Dealership. I was amazed that the GM was out on the floor like that. My Wife and I had must have visited a dozen dealerships prior to this one. He sat us down with a well spoken, and mannered young man ( Scott Damm ) and proceeded to go through the cars and also the differences between them, and never being pushy at all, and in fact he just gave us pricing and we parted ways and said if we were interested we will be back on Monday. My Wife and I went home and discussed it and I needed to research the vehicle as I never expected to even look at a GMC. We went back Monday and sat with Scott and he went through the car and I threw Scott a curveball as my Daughter said we should lease? Scott took the time to show the benefits of leasing and I'm a 60 yr. old school guy and I'm sure I asked many of really off the wall questions and he took the time to answer me without even laughing!!! He was an informative and thorough Salesman and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. My experience was absolutely painless from the time we walked in to the time we drove out. In my opinion in looking around while waiting you can see that the Attitude in this Dealership is "Lead by Example" as the sales Team mirrors the GM in causing a positive buying experience and putting the customers in a friendly, informative sales floor. More
