Great Deal and No Pressure This was the easiest and no hassle car shopping experience I've had (my previous car shopping experience was a nightmare). When I walked in I was greeted and directed to Paul to help me with leasing information on a Buick Regal. From the start Paul was very knowledgeable on the car and all the incentives on it. He worked up a great deal and did not pressure me once to make a decision right away; he even stayed later the next day for me to come and test drive the car at a time that was convenient for me. Even dealing with Joe in the finance department was easy. When I went to pick up my new Regal both Paul and Joe help me set everything up to return my current vehicle to the leasing company. Also when I picked up my new car Paul took the time to go over all the features in the car.
