Summit used to be good Took my SUV in for a "scheduled" contracted detailing appointment and upon arrival I was told that they already had two vehicles ahead of me and would Took my SUV in for a "scheduled" contracted detailing appointment and upon arrival I was told that they already had two vehicles ahead of me and would not be able to perform the service that day (who does that?). When I asked why was I scheduled if they couldn't do the work and all I got was a "sincere apology" ! Not sure what to do now but I know for sure that once this contract is fulfilled, I won't be back! More

On a busy saturday with no notice, we stopped in for what migh I was wowed at the service I got from Summit Toyota and in particular from Mr. Ritari. On a busy saturday with no notice, we stopped in for what might have been a major issue. We are from out of town and were so impressed. I’ve always had good service at Toyota but this was exceptional, fast, thorough, and he took the time to make sure we had all the information about what might be needed in the near future. They have been outstanding in the way they greet us and take care of our every need for this vehicle. The owner listens to concerns and then corrects them or at the very least looks into them. Jennifer is the prototype for service advisors. All dealerships need a Jennifer. Always helpful and follows up on any request given her. Even when she went home sick she made sure to close the loop with the issue with our vehicle with us. There's a dealership a lot closer to us that we drive past to come to Summit Toyota. More
