New Car battery before the cold snap! I was grateful to be able to schedule an appointment at 1:00 yesterday, Tuesday, January 15th. My car almost did not start in the morning. It cranked I was grateful to be able to schedule an appointment at 1:00 yesterday, Tuesday, January 15th. My car almost did not start in the morning. It cranked very slow, but then did start. I thought I had better get it checked out and glad I did! I was however, disappointed to learn that I needed a new battery as my car is a 2015 Camry. I haven't even had it for four years yet and it only has a little over 28,000 miles on it., I did not have to wait all that long and glad the new battery is in place! Many thanks! More

As usual, the Toyota facility was clean and well cared for and made me immediately think everyone had pride in the business. My car was ready about when I expected, washed and ready to go. If the Toyota was not such a reliable and dependable automobile, you might see me more! My car is a 2011 Prius and I LOVE IT. THANK YOU FOR TASKING THIS SURVEY.
