09 Venza Repair After having a complete parking brake failure after Summit Toyota replaced the complete parking brake system, I took my Venza to Ganley Toyota to have After having a complete parking brake failure after Summit Toyota replaced the complete parking brake system, I took my Venza to Ganley Toyota to have them check it. According to there tech # 701 and there Service consultant, the parking brake parts were installed incorrectly by Summit Toyota and would cost me $852.00 to have them fix what Summit Toyota did wrong. I would think that Toyota would not allow this kind of practice to happen or is Toyota Corporation in on it to have double sales on one repair. More

Our 18 sienna was in for its complementary service and also had the option to update the audio system ... well this normally would have incurred an additional fee because we did not purchase it from them , Nikki the Service manager was nice enough to waive the fee just because we have given them service over the years. I really do appreciate you going the extra mile. Not every service or repair done there might be the cheapest necessarily, but I do appreciate honest customer service coming from a dealer...It can be hard to come by it seems! There are many options when it comes to car repairs but I am comfortable and confident in the service I’ve had at Summit More
