After searching autotrader.com for a car, I found a 2014 Toyota Venza to be exactly what I was looking for at Summit Toyota. I contacted Summit Toyota and spoke with John Heslep to inquire about the car. John was easy to work with and he & I were able to negotiate a deal including my trade in over the phone. I made arrangements to meet John the following day at Summit Toyota. The next day I drove to Akron from Kalamazoo, Michigan to meet John, inspect the car and take it for a test drive and close the deal. Summit Toyota exceeded my expectations and every detail was to my satisfaction. John was very patient and took his time to explain all the functions of my new vehicle. In less than two and a half hours I was on my way home driving my new car. I personally want to thank John for making my car buying hassle free and a great experience. More
