Not to mention that they were located 3 hours away from me! Amazed and happy. As I said above I am amazed and happy. Bob Watterson was the person who contacted myself when I went on the Internet. It was within a few minutes. Sold me a junk, now wouldn't even return phone calls Not sure about their service with their new cars, bought a used minivan from this dealer in April. They assured me that they have done an extensive 50 Not sure about their service with their new cars, bought a used minivan from this dealer in April. They assured me that they have done an extensive 50 point inspection in the vehichle and that it was covered under 3,000 and 30 day warranty. Which turned out to be CRAP!! Took the van to my local dealer the next day and found the front engine mount was leaking and needed to be replaced along with the power steering pump had to be replaced as well. Called Summit Toyota and notified them. Used car manager said that he was too busy at the moment and will get back to me the next day and would let me know if it was covered under warranty... Guess what? Never got back to me. I called the dealership and left messages at the manager's desk phone and the sales person I bought the vehicle from, never got a call back, sent emails, Did not get a single reply!! Stay away from this place!! More
