Amazed and happy. As I said above I am amazed and happy. Bob Watterson was the person who contacted myself when I went on the Internet. It was within a few minutes. When I spoke with him he answered my questions and we were able to set up an appointment. When I met with Bob in person he made me feel at ease and really listened to what I wanted. He was not pushy and a asset to the the dealership. After I decided on the car I wanted there was no going back and forth. I met with Jamie to sign my papers and he was professional and very nice. It is not very often now days that you do business with a company and they still believe in customer service. I will refer family and friends to Bob Watterson at Summit Toyota. Thank you!! Sold me a junk, now wouldn't even return phone calls Not sure about their service with their new cars, bought a used minivan from this dealer in April. They assured me that they have done an extensive 50 Not sure about their service with their new cars, bought a used minivan from this dealer in April. They assured me that they have done an extensive 50 point inspection in the vehichle and that it was covered under 3,000 and 30 day warranty. Which turned out to be CRAP!! Took the van to my local dealer the next day and found the front engine mount was leaking and needed to be replaced along with the power steering pump had to be replaced as well. Called Summit Toyota and notified them. Used car manager said that he was too busy at the moment and will get back to me the next day and would let me know if it was covered under warranty... Guess what? Never got back to me. I called the dealership and left messages at the manager's desk phone and the sales person I bought the vehicle from, never got a call back, sent emails, Did not get a single reply!! Stay away from this place!! More

Disappointing customer service I have purchased two Toyota's, a 2011 Toyota Tundra and 2011 Rav4. I am from out of state and needed to change my lease on the Rav4 to a purchase. The finance department stated they could not? do the paperwork to transfer the ownership on the vehicle out of state and recommended that I try to find a dealer in my home state that would 'do the deal'. ?? I called the dealership in my home state and they stated, 'We can't do the deal; its illegal.'? How do 2 dealerships not know not how to transfer ownership on a vehicle out of state? I have enjoyed our two Toyota's, but the dealerships are disappointing if you expect them to do something other than sell you a vehicle. More
