Very Unprofessional I had a verbal contract with John Heslep on the car I was looking to purchase for a certain amount. He agreed that the amount was fine and checked wit I had a verbal contract with John Heslep on the car I was looking to purchase for a certain amount. This verbal contract was made earlier this week and I informed him I was coming back today to have the car inspected by my mechanic before purchasing it. I paid $100 for the inspection and went back to the dealership to purchase the car. John informed me at that time the price of the car is $700 more then what his agreement with me was. He tried to cover up his original contract and barter a price with me. I told him no I wouldn't pay more then what we originally agreed, then excuses started to fly about the value of my trade in wasn't what he thought, etc, etc. I will never go back to Summit Toyota of Akron again because once you lie to customers that keep you in business, you can no longer be trusted as a reputable business! More
