The saleslady listened carefully to my needs and was genuinely interested in finding a vehicle to fill those my needs. . She worked to find the model and color vehicle that I wanted. The sales manager offered me exactly what I determined the value of my trade to be. I was most impressed with the warranty extension to 8 years. It indicates that Toyota does not expect any major problems with the Prius over that period. The operation of the rather complex vehicle was demonstrated to me. I met all the dealer administrators and the service representative. My 10 year old daughter, who accompanied me, was also impressed enough with the sales lady that she brought her flowers on our second visit to order the car. No wonder this dealership has received awards. More

Bob Watterson provided all the detail that we requested, he new his products and was able to talk about the positive things of the Toyota vehicles without 'bashing' other dealers just trying to make a sale (which is what we experienced at the other dealership). Bob was able to show us different options with the Toyota Rav4 and even got it in the RED color we wanted! Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and friendly it made the entire experience worth it! Everyone we dealt with during the sale was extremely helpful with NO pressure in purchasing items we didn't want. They explained everything to us and let us make our final decision!
