Purchasing a new Highlander with trade-in Summit Toyota began our experience with introductions by the sales manager to the inventory manager Tim Treadway. We were treated with respect and und Summit Toyota began our experience with introductions by the sales manager to the inventory manager Tim Treadway. We were treated with respect and understanding. There was no 'pressure' or arm twisting. Tim immediately offered us a car to test drive that met the specifications we had outlined. He was friendly yet very professional. Mr. Treadway discussed many options and various upgrades but accepted our decisions on each matter. We purchased a new Highlander, our fourth, and couldn't be more happy with the entire day. We will return to Summit Toyota mainly because of our recent experience with Tim Treadway. More
