This is my 2nd purchase from this dealer and was night and day from the 1st purchase. This time around Stephen listened and got me what I wanted instead of putting me into a vehicle that I didn't love. He also didn't complain when I called him the next day and picked a completely different vehicle than I had chosen the day before (and sent him searching for). He then had the new vehicle and paperwork ready for me with in the hour. After finishing all the paperwork he then walked me through every button and dial in the vehicle to make sure that I knew how to work things. Even programmed my phone/Bluetooth for me so that I didn't have to. I am so extremely happy with this vehicle. It's beautiful, comfortable and drives like a dream. Thanks Stephen! More
