There is nothing worse than knowing volumes more about a product than your salesperson, but Nick knows his product; in fact, he possesses an encyclopedic-like knowledge base of automobiles in general. But besides the product, Nick takes a genuine interest in his clients and customizes their buying experience accordingly. Without hesitation, he will find answers to your questions and will go out out of his way for you. You do feel he is working for you and in your interest during the whole process. There are attributes we look for in a salesperson. Whether it be for an automobile, house, or furniture, these characteristics are important and will serve as our final deciding factor in making a major purchase. New car buying made easy! We contacted Summit Toyota on a Thursday to set up a test drive that day and they immediately sent us a price on the vehicle we were interested in. We drove the vehicle that day and were very interested in it. We decided to return to Summit after visiting another dealership with terrible customer service. We completed the price negotiation by email and only had to schedule a time to pick up the vehicle. There was no pressure and no sales pitch. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Summit Toyota, especially Frank Lawson and Joe Draper. They both made our new purchase a happy one. More

Dave was really conscientious about making sure he knew what Ivwwnted - and he delivered! Dave went to a lot of effort to locate & get the exact car I wanted.
