Buying a New Car is a Breeze at Summit! I initially dreaded purchasing/leasing a new vehicle, as I was very comfortable with my 2005 Corolla and didn't want to change, even though it was no I initially dreaded purchasing/leasing a new vehicle, as I was very comfortable with my 2005 Corolla and didn't want to change, even though it was no longer as pretty as it used to be. However, my husband, who purchased a Toyota Tundra from Summit 2 years ago, was insisting that it was time for me to upgrade to a new vehicle. He even persuaded me to become a 'traitor' to that other local Toyota dealer where I'd purchased my Corolla and visit Summit. He gave rave reviews about 'his' salesman, Stephen Robbins--he just couldn't say enough good things about him--so we set up an appointment. Well, it turned out my husband was right on this one! Stephen was very friendly--a regular guy--not a wolf waiting to pounce on potential buyers the minute they enter the showroom. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered at Toyota. And if they didn't have exactly what I wanted at the Summit location, he would use every option available to try and obtain it for me. That's just what he did! I drove out of their dealership yesterday with a brand new Rav4 in the color that I wanted! I feel like a queen (except that I have to drive my own vehicle, of course). More

Best dealer around! Me and my husband originally set out to trade in his car. We did. Because of that reason we came back for myself and purchased our second vehicle. No pressure, professional employees, knowledgeable, accurate, and HONEST. I will NEVER buy from another dealership. Dave is going to be our go to person for all our future needs. Sadly our brand new Tacoma was totaled while driving home (Take the GAP when they offer it!). As sad as the situation is, we are glad we had the good experience with the dealership as we are returning to buy our THIRD vehicle. YOU'RE NOT A NUMBER to these people folks! They are human like you and me! More
