Leasing a new car I started with Frank who worked hard to find me the car and deal that would work with my budget and did get it all worked out to my benefit. After signing the deal and making the down and first month's payment, the car needed to be detailed and was going to take longer than we thought. I agreed to come back to pick up the car but it was going to be after Frank left for the day so Stephen agreed to assist me when I came back. Stephen was very patient and thorough in showing me the details of the car's accessories and set up my Bluetooth and GPS Roadside assistance to work with the car's apps. We worked with Dave Datsko and he was truly wonderful to work with. He made sure we got within the price range we needed to be and explained everything in detail and let us take a look around ourselves without making us feel pressured at all during the entire experience. Earlier that day we actually called Ganley to see if they were offering lease options for 4Runners and we received awful customer service from their sales team. They sounded uneducated and got nasty with me on the phone. We are so glad we came to Summit Toyota, it was a painless process and Dave made it that way! Thank you so much!!!
