Unlike other dealers who just asked what car I was interested in purchasing, Jeff instead asked what was most important to me in a vehicle, be it safety ratings and features, gas mileage, infotainment systems, etc. I appreciate that they don't use high-pressure, same-day sales tactics about the price or car availability. After the test drive, I still was undecided, however, Jeff asked a few more questions, thanked me for visiting, and let me know when the sale/incentives on that vehicle would end. He also let me know that he would check other dealerships in the area to locate that model/trim I wanted if they did not have it in stock.
