My wife and I recently spent a couple of hours with Dave D as he explained in detail the options of the 2024 Highlander and Grand Highlander Hybrids and the current lack of available models. We greatly appreciated his honest approach and his deep knowledge of the vehicles. We ultimately purchased a Telluride since it was available now, but we would have purchased a Highlander Hybrid from Dave if one was available with the right specs. Horrible dealership. Management was rude and completely disrespectful. Buying a new car can be overwhelming and stressful. Before you are going to pay on something for Management was rude and completely disrespectful. Buying a new car can be overwhelming and stressful. Before you are going to pay on something for a long time you want to be sure its exactly what you want. Dealership should understand that and want to make sure you are happy. Things seems dishonest about vehicle and we were apprehensive. Management left rude voicemail and when we texted them to ask them to please stop contacting us, they were even more rude in the response. Car we were looking at was used. Due to poor treatment by management, we went elsewhere and bought brand new 4Runner with more options. More
