Nevin Boland - 5 Stars. Nevin reduced new car purchase stress by thoroughly explaining costs, features, options, etc. I put $500 to be on a wait list for a Venza. Monthly Nevin reduced new car purchase stress by thoroughly explaining costs, features, options, etc. I put $500 to be on a wait list for a Venza. Monthly Nevin called monthly to keep me informed. Upon receiving the Venza, Nevin carefully went through the features, even connecting my cell phone, loading contacts, etc. He has returned every call or text to answer my many questions, never making feel like a "PITA" customer. Lol! I was impressed with his technical knowledge of the vehicles, software, infotainment system, etc. He obviously enjoys his job, Summit Toyota and Toyotas! More

Nevin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in buying. He was confident and not pushy or overbearing, taking as much time as I needed for a test drive and to go over all of the v was interested in buying. BUYER BEWARE! !!! I put a deposit at this dealership back in June to be put on a waiting list for a car (Corolla). A few months go by I still don’t have a car or e !!! I put a deposit at this dealership back in June to be put on a waiting list for a car (Corolla). A few months go by I still don’t have a car or even an ETA, in addition to that my wife and I learned that our family is growing and that car we thought we wanted is no longer going to be practical and won’t fit our family so I reached out to the dealership to cancel the deal as I can’t use that car anymore. They were so quick to take my deposit but when I asked for a refund I was told that I won’t be getting my money back regardless if I’m not buying a car from them. Not only are they refusing to refund my money, they’re accusing me of lying about my family situation. I would never do business with scummy people like this. More

Horrible dealership. Management was rude and completely disrespectful. Buying a new car can be overwhelming and stressful. Before you are going to pay on something for Management was rude and completely disrespectful. Buying a new car can be overwhelming and stressful. Before you are going to pay on something for a long time you want to be sure its exactly what you want. Dealership should understand that and want to make sure you are happy. Things seems dishonest about vehicle and we were apprehensive. Management left rude voicemail and when we texted them to ask them to please stop contacting us, they were even more rude in the response. Car we were looking at was used. Due to poor treatment by management, we went elsewhere and bought brand new 4Runner with more options. More
