Ready and waiting, except... I scheduled ahead to look at the vehicle I was interested in and the vehicle was ready. After a test drive and deciding upon the purchase Scott DeFabb I scheduled ahead to look at the vehicle I was interested in and the vehicle was ready. After a test drive and deciding upon the purchase Scott DeFabbo worked well with me. Plans were made to finalize paperwork the next morning after a few items were corrected from test drive. Once again vehicle was ready to go. The paper work was almost ready to go when I arrived at the time I stated I would be there, but had to wait for a short while. This is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Once paperwork was ready the rest of the process went very smoothly. More

Steve Robbins was very knowledgeable about the Corolla and could answer all of our questions. He made sure we understood everything about our car prior to and after the sale. He even took the time to pair my phone with Entune, explain the various safety features, and he even transferred the plates from our trade in to our new Corolla. Jamey Hayes handled all the paperwork for the financing, and everything went smoothly with the process. We appreciated the generous trade in allowance given to us by Mike Maloy.
