Dan was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was test driving and how it compared to other similar vehicles from other manufacturers. The negotiation process was respectful and professional and left me feeling like I received a fair and honest deal (the car was over $1500 left than the same vehicle at another dealer who was supposed to have the lowest prices in town). Overall, I would highly recommend Dan and Summit Toyota. More

Easy service with everything out in the open. We went to several dealerships to find the car I wanted. Some of the dealerships seemed to be changing numbers around for no apparent reason and neve We went to several dealerships to find the car I wanted. Some of the dealerships seemed to be changing numbers around for no apparent reason and never gave exact answers. Ganley Toyota kept saying that the interest rate was 'around' 4.5%, but when we ran the numbers, it came to 6.5%. They kept giving short answers and never explained anything in depth. Other dealers acted the same way. Bob at Summit Toyota was very accommodating, easy to work with, and explained every detail during the entire transaction. The numbers always checked out and there was never an issue. On the day of signing the papers, he had the entire car detailed and let me inspect everything before signing, unlike Ganley who tried to get us to sign the papers before we saw a defect in the car... Everything about Summit was how a car buying experience should be. More
