Our 18 sienna was in for its complementary service and also had the option to update the audio system ... well this normally would have incurred an additional fee because we did not purchase it from them , Nikki the Service manager was nice enough to waive the fee just because we have given them service over the years. I really do appreciate you going the extra mile. Not every service or repair done there might be the cheapest necessarily, but I do appreciate honest customer service coming from a dealer...It can be hard to come by it seems!
