We arrived near closing time and we never felt rushed or pressured. Jason is a HOOT, I was so amused with his humor and service. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. He answered all questions and if he wasn’t sure he asked his manager for guidance. We decided to purchase the vehicle but could not take it home due to a defective seatbelt. Jason assured it would be repaired the next day and he would deliver the car to our home in Cleveland WOW! Two days later he delivered on that promise and brought all paperwork for us to sign. This is top-notch customer service and other car salesman should take note. I highly recommend Jason for a great car buying experience. More
