Great help! Less painful than expected! I had been looking at vehicle options for months now, either lease or to purchase. Recently my vehicle gave me no choice but to find an alternative..a I had been looking at vehicle options for months now, either lease or to purchase. Recently my vehicle gave me no choice but to find an alternative..and quick! I'm a busy professional, so time was essential. I spotted a deal online from a different Toyota Dealership, but as this was a Saturday at 5:20 PM, that one was closed, while Summit Toyota was open until 6. I hurried over and they were able to work with that deal. It was such a deal, they were able to "up-sell" me easily without me feeling bad about it in the least, and in fact the additional features are well worth the additional cost. John stayed with me and helped me through the process as a first time lessee, staying well past closing time to assist. John and his manager were also able to help so that I could leave with the vehicle and come back to finish the paperwork on the following Tuesday. I'm sure they were happy to close the sale, but they were also doing me a favor. Excited to drive around in my first brand new vehicle, a 2020 Tacoma! More
