Nothing but a great experience here. Not like so many slimy dealers that are still out there. Summit Toyota of Akron really went above and beyond for me. I was returning to the US from a couple years abroad and had reached out to several dealers in the area prior to my return. Summit Toyota were th me. I was returning to the US from a couple years abroad and had reached out to several dealers in the area prior to my return. Summit Toyota were the only ones willing to work with me to get the car I wanted prior to my return. Frank Lawson really helped me out by searching for the car I wanted with all of the options I desired, and for the accessories that weren't already with the car Dan Schrier worked with the parts department to get them added. Dan also worked with me to get my vehicle setup upon delivery, and made sure the cars was looking it's best when I got it. I just wanted to thank Summit Toyota for all the help and should I buy another Toyota in the future I'll certainly reach out to them first. More

Worked with us and took care of our issues Over all, very pleased with Summit Toyota. We bought a pre-order GMC from them. When it had issues right off the floor, they were quick to fix it and Over all, very pleased with Summit Toyota. We bought a pre-order GMC from them.
