Summit Toyota of Akron

I went to Summit Toyota of Akron On 20 December. I pulled into the parking lot and, immediately started looking at the vehicle that I wanted to buy the sales rep by the name of Nevin he came out and greeted into the parking lot and, immediately started looking at the vehicle that I wanted to buy the sales rep by the name of Nevin he came out and greeted me ask me, did I like the car and would I like to take it for of test drive. I said sure yes I would he asked me to step in an show him my license, he immediately put a plate on the car and told me take it for a spin and take your time there’s no rush. I was thinking to myself wow is he Crazy LOL I guess I just was not used to good customer service. I have bought cars from other dealership in the pass I did not receive that kind of service. When I return to the dealership from my test drive I did like the vehicle we discuss the price, and to my surprise I was able to get the vehicle well Under 500 of the asking price I know right then and there I was buying that car but I left the dealership, and went back home to Cleveland I need it to think about this Because I was so shocked that Nevin never try to pressure me or rush me, to buy the car it was almost like I was with one of my Friends going to look at of car not the dealership sales rep. Around 6 PM I gave him the information he needed to check the credit to see if I would be approved, he told me that the finance team have left already and they will get on it first thing in the morning to my surprise again, he called me the next day around 1 PM told me it was approved through Toyota my payment was actually $100 cheaper than what I expected, at this point all I can say if you are in the market to buy a car you need to check this place out excellent customer service from Nevin an the finance team to everyone that worked on my deal THANK YOU Summit Toyota of Akron if you go there ask for Nevin and tell him Anthony sent you from Cleveland LOL.
