I just bought tundra pickup truck here from them, fast taking salesman,who told me he believes in the after the sale satisfaction and making sure customers are happy, well on my way home from the dealersh taking salesman,who told me he believes in the after the sale satisfaction and making sure customers are happy, well on my way home from the dealership picking up my truck, as I stopped to fuel up, and pushed my remote door lock I noticed it didnt unlock or lock my doors, next day I called in to explain my problem, and was told that's my problem, then told I should have bought the electronic insurance for it..when in all reality he handed me a remote for my new truck that he knew didnt work,AFTER I just got done asking him if there is anything about this truck mechanically that doesn't work as it should, he replyed, oh no, we went all over everything, its like a new truck..deception and cold shoulder doesn't fly well by me when I put my trust in their word..won't be buying another vehicle there nor recommending them to anyone. More
