He explained everything about the paper work very well, introduced me to the people in the service and parts department, set up my appoitment for my first oil change, contacted my insurance company, put gas in the car, made sure the car was washed/cleaned, set up my blue tooth and showed me how to operate the vehical. I appreciated the fact that Summit Toyota had a great deal of respect for me and my time. I was not in the dealership for hours getting paperwork signed.
