When I picked up my car the next day, all paperwork was ready (Tim Treadway, Lad Kraemer and Garret Bentley). Each person reviewed their information thoroughly without the pressure to make a quick decision. I was so surprised that Tim had already had the side moldings and mud flaps installed. Then he spent a few minutes with me to review the controls in the car as a reminder or what he had shown me the day before.
