I received a pre-approval in the mail regarding the dealership's current sale. I spoke with Shannon by phone and advised that I would be happy to look, but I had to leave to work in 2 hours. I shared with Shannon that I reviewed the inventory online and had 3 vehicles in mind. Shannon pulled the information on all three cars, she collected the needed information from such as a paystub, proof of residence, photo id and Bill took over from there. My information was reviewed while I went on a test drive. By time I arrived back the financing was underway. Everything ran so smoothly and effortlessly that I was walking out with keys and on my way to work WITHIN THE TWO HOURS Shannon guaranteed me. This is my 2nd vehichle with this dealership.
