After visiting a few other dealerships with negative experiences I was told to go see John. Several of my family members purchased cars from him. The dealership was great. The only complaint is waiting so long for all of the paperwork to be done. I didn't realize all of the paperwork that had to be done. They were all helpful and kind, something you don't see at every dealership. I would say that everyone seemed to have a great team spirit and work ethic. Mr. Patterson stepped forward and took care of us right away. He was very patient and explaining everything. He also made sure we understood the various terms of leasing. I must say I was beyond please with the customer service displayed by this dealership. I normally made my purchases through JD Buyrider and decided to go with Summit Toyota instead which turned out to be my displayed by this dealership. I normally made my purchases through JD Buyrider and decided to go with Summit Toyota instead which turned out to be my best choice yet. I made a total of 4 purchases from the other guys and came here for my very first purchase of a 2007 Ford Fusion and was treated better than any past experience elsewhere. Jeff took great care of me, these guys are the real deal and I would recommend them to anybody. More
