we were going to buy a car at the chevy dealer across the street. We picked out exactly what we wanted from cars.com but i saw the large summit toyota sign and thought i would drive past the chevy dealer an street. We picked out exactly what we wanted from cars.com but i saw the large summit toyota sign and thought i would drive past the chevy dealer and see what was on their lot. We saw a few small suv's. i went in and talked to Rodney Patterson and told him i wanted my wife to sit in three vehicles. The RAV 4 fit her perfectly. It seems Toyota makes a vehicle that will fit larger people better than any we have tested. After the test drive she was excited and said she did not even want to see the car at the other dealer. Dealing with Mr. Patterson was a pleasure. i do not like going to dealers or buying cars. He was not a high pressure salesman and respected my boundaries. He just wanted to help. Also in closing the deal ( we paid the price they wanted which was much better than other similar cars on cars.com) they surprised us with great financing through Toyota and some other nice things like free oil changes, towing. i got the warranty also. on the internet they say do not buy a warranty from a dealer so i was really prepared to say NO NO NO. but after it was explained and i saw the price it was a no brainer really. We never had a RAV 4 on the radar and never had Summit on the radar either. It was a pleasant surprise and really great normal people. More
My wife and I arrived at the dealership with a few ideas about the type of car we wanted. Jason helped refine those ideas. He was helpful and knowledgeable but he wasn't pushy. He suggested different options to consider and we evaluated the ideas he presented. All-in-all I think we reached a good informed decision that we may not have reached if Jason had not helped us. Now that we have purchased a Toyota Camry, we may be in the market for 2014 Toyota Siena LE sometime in May . I felt that Jason helped us get a good car. More
We got to the dealership right before closing and they stayed late just to let us test drive a car we told them we weren't ready to buy. Working with them was really cool, was almost like he was on my si stayed late just to let us test drive a car we told them we weren't ready to buy. I was referred to see Big Al by my dad, I knew my credit wasn't the best but they never made me feel like I was wasting their time while attempting to provide me with financing.
