I traded in the Lexus for what I wanted (based on Edmund and KBB evaluations) and acquired the Avalon hybrid for a very fair price. Just purchased an Avalon and considered it a great sales experience. I looked at cars for several months and visited lots of dealerships. I really enjoyed this dealership. He was not pushy in any way. He was informative and friendly and let me take my time in making up my mind about the purchase without any pressure. When it came time to deal he seemed upfront and presented a good deal without the need for a lot of haggling. The manager was equally friendly and again did not seem to need to play any games during the sales process. I made the decision to purchase the car, agreed to a price over the phone after having looked at the car twice and two days later picked up a beautiful new car. No one wasted my time at the dealership trying to sell me extra products I did not need. Everyone was friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership for a new car purchase. More
