I originally visited Summit Toyota just to get a trade-in assessment to use at different dealership. After listening to my situation, David showed me something on the lot I may be interested in (I had a few assessment to use at different dealership. After listening to my situation, David showed me something on the lot I may be interested in (I had a few models in mind). David was fairly no nonsense with me and my financial situation. David was informative and didn't really pressure me into anything. I think David knew where I was in the "looking process" and I just needed to know what numbers I had to work with. I ended up purchasing the car he showed me. I would have gone back to another dealership I was working with if David did not take the next step and show me what I can afford. More

Came to this dealership as a loyal second time customer. Was sold an almost $20,000 vehicle with engine failure which is inoperable and still sitting in my driveway. I refuse to keep shelling out diagnostic fees for the crappy warranty the power train for life. Have been denied a rental and treated less than human by tj his staff. This guy doesn't even have the decency to return my phone call. Buyer beware not a great dealership here. I have saved messages with associates to boot. More

Great crew - open and transparent. I had many specific requirements and Jason (Jay), Jamey, and the team carved a great path forward and made it happen better than I had hoped for. I put out about 6 inquiries within a 250 mile radius for the specific car I wanted. Jay and the team reached me quickly, listened to me describe what I wanted rather than telling me what they wanted me to want, did not push anything or try to "sneak" anything in. No bait and switch. Straightforward solid business. I drove three hours from Ann Arbor and expected no surprises. Smiled in my new ride the entire three hours back home. Perfect! More
