Royal was fantastic to work with! I am not a fan of car shopping AT ALL! That being said, when we arrived at Subaru of El Cajon, we were greeted and paired up with a salesman who showe I am not a fan of car shopping AT ALL! That being said, when we arrived at Subaru of El Cajon, we were greeted and paired up with a salesman who showed us the car I was interested in and took us for a test drive. Upon returning we were introduced to Royal Wilkinson (Internet Sales Manager). Royal was very pleasant to work with and not at all high pressure sales. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the options included and available. When it was time to go over all the car functions with me Royal was sensitive to my time constrains (I had to puck Grandma up from the airport) and rattled quickly but thoroughly through the functions with me like a well oiled machine (pun intended). I would highly recommend that if you are thinking about a Subaru you go see Royal at Subaru El Cajon. He is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly LISTENS to what you want in your vehicle and works with you to make sure it is a pleasant buying experience! More

Jay was very friendly and helpful! I went to Subaru Mazda El Cajon on New Year's Day and thankfully they were open! (Unlike nearby Mazda dealers) I was approached by jay and after going I went to Subaru Mazda El Cajon on New Year's Day and thankfully they were open! (Unlike nearby Mazda dealers) I was approached by jay and after going over the cars I saw on the lot I knew what I really wanted wasn't in stock at their location. Jay reassured me that we would be able to find the car I wanted (exterior and interior color) at a nearby Mazda dealer and we could have it shipped to the el cajon location. The next day I was able to pick up my new car! Buying a new car is a very stressful yet exciting experience as I'm sure everyone can relate with. Earl New STI I was shopping online for cars and decided to give Subaru of El Cajon a try I contacted Mr. royal Wilkinson sales manager After a few phone conver I was shopping online for cars and decided to give Subaru of El Cajon a try I contacted Mr. royal Wilkinson sales manager After a few phone conversations I decided to make a trip to the dealership and testdrive a new STI and talk to Mr. Wilkerson about options on how to get one since I could not find one with the equipment And, on the lot I decided to special order one which Mr. Wilkerson took his time and walk me through the steps in getting the options I wanted and color Mr Wilkerson was spot on with the time from the factory to the dealership which was 8 to 12 weeks ,I was surprise when I received a phone call from Mr. Wilkerson a few days after New Year's that the vehicle had just arrived at the dealership mr. Wilkerson took his time explaining about the warranties and operation of the vehicle and also showing us all of the features of the vehicle which I am still learning to use it was a pleasure dealing with Royal Wilkeson and if I'm in the market in the future for Subaru again I will be contacting him . When we met in person we were so please to get the information we needed to make a decision. He explained every detail of the vehicle down to the internal tire air pressure gauge.
