Jay was very friendly and helpful! I went to Subaru Mazda El Cajon on New Year's Day and thankfully they were open! (Unlike nearby Mazda dealers) I was approached by jay and after going I went to Subaru Mazda El Cajon on New Year's Day and thankfully they were open! (Unlike nearby Mazda dealers) I was approached by jay and after going over the cars I saw on the lot I knew what I really wanted wasn't in stock at their location. Jay reassured me that we would be able to find the car I wanted (exterior and interior color) at a nearby Mazda dealer and we could have it shipped to the el cajon location. The next day I was able to pick up my new car! Buying a new car is a very stressful yet exciting experience as I'm sure everyone can relate with. Wilkerson took his time explaining about the warranties and operation of the vehicle and also showing us all of the features of the vehicle which I am still learning to use it was a pleasure dealing with Royal Wilkeson and if I'm in the market in the future for Subaru again I will be contacting him . RandAll Dunn is the man! I went to Subaru El Cajon with the intention of purchasing a Manual WRX not expecting to be able to drive one until taking it out of the dealership. RandAll was kind enough to offer to teach me how to drive the manual transmission wrx. We spent some time driving around in a parking lot nearby until I was comfortable enough to drive it back to the dealership. Awesome! RandAll helped me find the car I wanted, making the whole experience awesome and fun! He's very diligent, makes sure you have all the information you need, gives you lots of personal attention, and takes very good care of you. I was able to get the car I wanted with a terrific price!
