Needs Better Service Evaluation My Subaru had been in a couple of times to locate a sound resembling a broken shock. The problem was not diagnosed the first two times. On my third v My Subaru had been in a couple of times to locate a sound resembling a broken shock. The problem was not diagnosed the first two times. On my third visit, I was told after being sent to the guest waiting room, to make an appointment, they were too busy that day. On the fourth time i, the car was in the shop for one week, mostly waiting on a part to replace the struts. I would think, that after having been in for this same service several times, they would have identified the problem and told me that they would need to order the part and have me come back when the part was in. Then my vehicle would have only been out of service for a one day.repair. More
