They gave me an in-depth demonstration of how these all worked, including a road trip to demonstrate automatic braking, warnings, dynamic cruise control, and countless other features. More

Went in with a car battery problem. I still have the issue Our 5 month old Outback has slow starts in the morning. Seems like a weak battery. Took it in and I asked of it to be replaced. When I came back to Our 5 month old Outback has slow starts in the morning. Seems like a weak battery. Took it in and I asked of it to be replaced. When I came back to pick up the Outback, they didn't replace it. They said their battery check said it passed. Today, after leaving it parked for 2 days, it won't start and I was stuck till I was able to get a jump. I set up another appointment. Hoping they don't run the same test for it to show it passed. Got the price I wanted The general sales people were great. The other staff were exceptionally friendly. However the sales manager used tired sales lines to try and sell The general sales people were great. The other staff were exceptionally friendly. However the sales manager used tired sales lines to try and sell me the extended warranty, alarm system and about 5 other unnecessary items. He was not happy that I did not purchase any of the options especially after I got the price I wanted on the car. The finance manager named Arthur was somewhat friendly, but turned downright cold and abrupt when he was not able to sell me the extended warranty....the 2nd attempt by the Subaru dealer in El Cajon. I had no problem saying no to a bad option and being a sales person myself actually relished it. More
