Great follow up service after having a nerve-wracking experience out of town! Problem was addressed. We had a nerve-wracking experience with the car while on our way to Sedona for the weekend. Subaru R experience out of town! Problem was addressed. We had a nerve-wracking experience with the car while on our way to Sedona for the weekend. Subaru Roadside assistance was there to provide support altho couldn't guide us on how to restart the engine. In the end we were towed to our destination and the car seemed to have recharged itself and we were able to have a driveable car to complete our trip. A follow-up email by El Cajon Subaru encouraged us to request a car check-up regarding possible causes to the car alarm, etc. As owner of a 2021 Subaru Sport crosstrek, I was not informed of the type of alarms installed in the car. Having a secondary alarm was the biggest problem. Having the alarm go off non-stop at least 5 different occasions now was too much to handle. If we were out in a remote, barren area we would have been totally stranded! I appreciated the immediate assistance given by Subaru road assistance and El Cajon Subaru staff dealt with us patiently upon return home. Overall I felt treated like family! More

I was more than pleased that Subaru of El Cajon approved the full repair of an ignition malfunction issue even though we were 2 mths. outside of the warranty window. Additionally, we were provided a loaner car to use while the repair was waiting approval from the District office over the holidays. This whole experience made us feel valued and taken care of. You simply can’t ask for anything more in a good customer service experience! More
