With supply chain issues across the globe, this is a very difficult time to be in the automotive repair business to give reliable estimates when we rely on the input from the suppliers. We want to be able to provide better estimates and we need all of our customers to understand that there are issues beyond our control right now. It is very unfortunate that our dealerships are feeling the wrath of this situation. We apologize if we did not communicate better on this issue.
